About Me
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and art therapist, working with adults, youth, children, and parents.
My professional and personal background—including a late ADHD diagnosis and recognizing the broader AuDHD experience—informs my understanding of systems valuing compliance over complexity, helping us move toward an easier pace. as well, I bring my genuine lived experience as a parent to my work and many years of working with children in care.

My background as an artist and poet further deepens this approach, integrating creativity, imagination, and play to explore and express what words alone often cannot capture.
These experiences inform my belief that connection and belonging— to ourselves and others— are inseparable, and that healing is an unfolding process of coming home to all the parts of who we are.

Collaborative Approach
I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, parenting, and life transitions. With children, I rely on relational attunement, nervous system awareness, and play or art therapy, while my work with adults and youth is a gentle, collaborative partnership utilizing somatic practices and parts work. Overall, I strive to provide a warm, curious, and collaborative space for new possibilities to emerge.
Credentials & Training
I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology & Art Therapy from Adler University, am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #23233), and a Certified Neuroscience and Satir in the Sand Tray practitioner, with training in Somatic Experiencing, TIST, trauma, and attachment.
