About Me
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, and a parent of four adult children. Having navigated people-pleasing, shame, and difficult life transitions myself, I understand what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed.

My Approach
I work with children, adults, and families using trauma-informed, somatic, and play-based approaches. I offer a slower, attuned space to explore, create, and reconnect with yourself, supporting self-agency, and forward movement without shame.
